Tail, dash lights out

I have 1992 Eagle Talon Fwd non turbo 2.0 with approx 235,000 km and I can not figure out why my tail lights and dash lights are out I checked all the fuses that are on the panel under the dash but I am not to sure if there are other fuses or relays that I do not know about. I dont even think that circut is even getting power to the fuse box. I dont even know what to check next.
