I was pulling my camper and truck slipped out of gear and would not move. Put the truck in park and then could drive again but lost gear again. When in park the truck would make a grinding noise. Brought truck back home. Wouldn't move in 2 wheel drive but tried 4 wheel drive and worked just fine. Put truck in park/drive the rear driveshaft does not spin freely. Pulled transfer-case found no broken parts/ worn seals/ worn gears. Pulled apart the rear end also no problems found.

Well that's a different problem. Does this truck have a 2 piece rear drive shaft with a splined slip joint? Perhaps lock the brakes in 2WD and put it into drive and see if only half of the shaft spins. I could also see a stripped rear axle or even the U-Joint flange causing this if the splines failed. There isn't much else as you already had the T-Case and rear differential apart.
