Heater the driver side blowing cold

Driver side blowing cold, when heater is on, passenger side is hot.

That would be a bad air mix door or actuator. In that vehicle it is located on top of the heater case behind the dash. Item 9 in the picture. To get to it the dash has to come out.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
