2001 Dodge Truck mutipile cylinder misfire

I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and cylinder 6 injector and it still throws a mutiplie cylinder misfire code corrosponding with cylinders 2, 5, and 6. I need to know what to do next to try to fix this problem?

Did you visually check for spark at the plugs on the problem cylinders? To do that, you may need to disable the fuel system.

If you have good spark, check fuel pressure. There might be a compression issue, vacuum leak?

Does the engine run like it has a misfire?
