1999 Dodge Truck

A gray colored small module controls delay. Found near fuse box or around column. And the BCM is involved now but not in 99, I think. Ok Don't remember but the wiper motor also played a part in the delay. Find that, module, check the motor ground with an alligator jumper wire, and there is only the wiring or switch, and the switches failed often.
