Running rich

This is a 1089 Dodge D 150 model. It starts OK. It is running completely rich, with black smoke and 3-4 MPG. It has a Holley throttle body. The map sensor and throttle position sensor are new replacements. They did not help. The electrics seem good, and there is no engine light. The shops around here will not even look at it. Can't afford another truck right now. Your insight will be greatly appreciated, and I made a small donation. Your help before on this truck was right. Thanks!

More than likely if the truck is running but running rich then more than likely you have an injector issue.

Basically, what is happening is when this injector is damaged it starts to dump too much fuel.

So, what I would do is start with replacing the injector using the process that I attached below.

Please let us know what you find with this, and we can go from there.
