2000 Dodge Stratus wont start

Well I hopped in my car this morning and it wont start. I tried to jump it and all I get is a series of nasty clicks and no turn over. The cars dash lights up like a xmas tree with milage blinking from left to right.
I know it's not possest but it shur seems like it. Lol. But seriousely do you know what this may be?

Yes it the battery
need to have it replaced
and the jump you gave it was not enough or it did not make a good connection
you mat try the jump again make sure you have a good connection at both side
