On a 1993 Dodge stealth SOHC. Where is the Fuel pump realy located? Pump is not getting power because I can hot wire the pump to a external battery and car cranks and runs: Is this a relay problem?

If the ECM go's bad wouldn't there be a check engine light displayed. Or a clicking sound. By the way how do I get it out the car. Provided I find it
