Recently replaced the electric fuel pump (inside the gas tank), and the fusible link wich powers the pump and ignition coil. The fusible link has failed (as it should) 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Now it fails within the day! I am not sure how to troubleshoot? What can cause this fusible link to. Well do it's job so well!

And you had no such an issue before the fuel pump replacement
then I will recheck the work done at and around the fuel pump
check the connectors and wiring

When I replaced the fuel pump, the fusible link was also gone. I replaced both. BUT the link was 1 gage larger as I could not find one exact. I have now replaced the link withthe proper one, and it burns out quickly! I am thinking the relays are bad?

I would also check for a short in the circuit
Is it the white 22 GA
it feed the ASD relay
check the red/white wire
