cannot remove rotor. Need good instructions. Will not come off axle

A lot of rotor get rusty and tend to be a pain getting off. Soak the roator hub with wd 40. Then tap the center with a hammer, you will have to wiggle it loose. Once it starts to move then keep working it until you can get it off, before you replace it clean the hub with a wire brush.
