My battery went flat I charged it and about every 2 to 3 days it went flat, I have now replaced the battery and I am going to see how long it lasts, but I have made some simple tests, with everything switched off there seems to be a very small spark when you disconnect a battery lead and touch the battery post, I have put a amp meter between the disconnected battery lead negative and the negative post and pulled out every fuse and the only one that seems to make a difference in the reading is number 11 fuse rated at 20 amp and is marked :IOD CCN WCM SDARS AND HFM? I have also noticed that there is continuity between the positive lead and the negative lead? Can you tell me what this fuse covers on my model and your general opinion on my problem, many thanks, john.

Fuse number 11 is hot all the time. It goes to your "data link connector" on the left side of the Dash as shown in the wiring diagram

which is the computer data line circuit, you may have a bad computer. Try disconnecting the data Link connector to your computer on the left side of the dash and see if your battery continue go dead, you'll have to give me some more information about your truck and all of the options that it came with, including anything you have added. So I can further assist you in your problem.

Fuse #11 on my 2007 dodge ram is hot all the time. It controls the radio, hood light, and electric door locks at a minimum.
What is the fix?

It looks like you have a problem with the TICM which controls when these circuits shut off, here is a wiring diagram (below) that will show you what Im talking about.

Please let us know what happens so it will help others.

Cheers, Ken
