I have a 2007 Dodge Ram that I purchased recently. The truck has not had an oil change in 20,000 miles. Is there anything I should add to the next oil change, or do prior to the change to start cleaning out the sludge I am sure has built up?

You can try to run a can of seafoam, 500 miles prior to your next oil change

Also as well apart from the foam your gonna want to run high mileage oil for the next 2 to 3 oil changes to help the engine run clean oil through it. As well one thing you can try is an oil system cleaner to help filter out that sludge. One place I know that does that is Sears Auto Center, they empty out and drain the oil twice first with a special cleaner then add regular conventional oil. Hope this helps!
