I have a 2007 dodge ram 1500 4.7 magnum v8 and was wandering why i have a loss in power hestiation in acceleration and low gas milage i have checked my cadalac converters and there fine replaced tranmission due to clutches running at 91 and had a oil change and 16 point inspection and still dont know why its running that way. PLZ HELP

I am going to give you a diagnostic walk through for your situation. It will mention, "Getting the trouble codes pulled". Even if you don't have a dash warning light on you can still have diagnostic codes to help solve the issue. Also I would test the fuel pressure.
You can get Advance Auto or Auto Zone to pull the codes for free and they have pressure test tool on a loaner basis.
