Locate the belt tensioner
pull away from the belt
remove belt

I would rate it a 2 on a dificulty scale, of 1-10. You will need basic wrenches to move the automatic tensioner to loosen up the belt. Two people work best with this.

The hardest part is making sure all the v groves are lined up with the pulleys so it doesn't shred.
