2003 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive

when I drive over 25mph I hear whopping sound and it feels like stress is put on steering when I turn wheel bearing been replace about 1year ago sterring is full tires are new and tight does not do it at stand stillwhen turning r or l

Make sure the tires don't have a shifted belt.

Let me know what you find. NOTE: I realize they are new, but it happens.

Bearing was warned out dry no gease. But I would like to know if my dodge 2003 1500 2wd has a split hub assemble for the wheel bearing front
