The "BUS" is the system Chrysler uses for it's computers to communicate on this truck. The error in the odometer means that the cluster is not receiving any messages. Any of the computers on the truck can bring down the BUS i.e. .. PCM, ABS, airbag, CTM, cluster, overhead msg center, etc... The wiring in between can also be the cause. Might need that checked out at your local dealer.

You have tried your local dealer or you have tried all of the switches and tested all of the wires?

Disconnect the negative cable from your battery and leave it off for at least 10 minutes. This will reset your computers. If it doesn't work than you must have faulty wiring somewhere causing the issue.
