My passenger side rotor gets grinded down on the back side of the rotor! The driver side is perfect this is the second time that this happened to me but the first time the caliper stuck now the caliper is fine but is still grinding down!I've flushed my fluid, change the pads, rotors, calipers, and the the brake hose to both sides of my truck! The slides have plenty of grease! This happend twice to the same side and i changed caliper and rotor! Can you please help me figure out what the problem is! Thanks

if yu have changed all those parts and it still happens it may not be sliding correctly. If the grease that you are using isn't high temp then it is melting quickly You may need to grind off a little bit more of either thecaliper or caliper mount. You mght have a screwed up proportioning valve as well.

I use the permatex ultra disc brake caliper lube for the slides. If it is the proportionong valve wouldnt the "black bulb" not expand when I push the brake? Or even though the bulb does expand doesnt mean that it still aint messed up?

I'mm sorry i don't want to lead yo on the wrong track here. Before you get into proportioning alves being screwed up as they rarely do. Check your brake line on that side for a repair as i don't know if this is a new truck purchased by you and had no repairs. But if there is a connector in the line and it has farrels it reduces the flow back to the master and causes the pads to wear very prematurely. The fix for that is either a new brake line (steel) or repaired with a double flare on each end. If you still have this problem after doing these checks, then take this to a pro and let him take a peek at it. If this has ABS on it, it could be an ABS probem as well.
