When I drive 5 or so miles, I lose all power, it seems like someone plugged my carb. Or exhaust. When I pullover and let idle it goes away, resume driveing and maybe a mile more it does it again. Only seems to hapen when warmed up?

It does sound like a catylatic converter or a fuel pressure problem. You can check the fuel pressure. Here is a how to:

Or when this happens at night, check the converter to see if it is glowing red hot. If it is, it's plugged. I believe the converter on your truck is part of the Y-pipe, so it will be hard to disconnect.

Has the check engine light come on?

You can also check by looking at the converter after driving to see if it has a red glow.
