1988 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have 1988 dodge ram d-100. Manual. It has not been driven in a while and decided to get it out today. It has been turning over just fine.I took it to the shop to have a the fuel lines replaced brought it home to do the oil change. Turned in on after the oil change let it run for a bit (was running great!). Turned it off and when in the house for a few min, came back out and I get hardly nothing. It does not even try to turn over, but I do turn the key I get all kind of hazard and turn signal lights but no attempt turn over (even though they are not selected to be on). I have purchased a new battery and that has no effect. Replaced the starter relay. Nothing. I am desperate for help as I can not afford to take it to a shop and have them charge a arm and a leg to track down the problem. Please help!

Kindly make sense out of this or elaborate on what exactly is happening. Is the no-crank the only problem or is something up with the lights too? Does the starter relay click? Are you pushing the clutch pedal down?
