95 dodge full size van 3/4 ton 318 enginecranks wont start after minute or twoo relay forasd will start to click check engine light with start flshing and will come on and shut off like norma relay stped clicking and engine will now start tried every thing but pcm

The computer ASD relay control grounds both the ASD and Fuel Pump relays to power the pump.
