Van was working turned of f key, tured on to start, no gages in cluster working tured off and on about every 10 th time gages come on and van runs, took van to dealer, they had it three days, did tune up replaced catlitic converter, still no run, said might need pcm, I ran a gauge ck, push trip meter button, 10 second turn on key, ck, ok, ran a test while cracking stater, no buss message appered. Told dealer, the said it wasnt important, they un plugged pcm with out removeing neg battery cable pluse the ran battery down so the hooked up battery charger to battery with cables still on battery, they removed the 3 plugs from pcm and hooked to a used pcm not instaled or grounded said nothing wrong with old pcm, the never scaned for codes this is a service van and I need it to work, your help would mean a lot, thanks rob

I just went through this on mine. It would start run for 20-30 minutes sometimes less sometimes more and once colled off would start up. Eventually went out all the way I had my pcm rebuilt and havent had the problem since. No Buss on the odometer on mine also that means its not getting a signal. I would say more than likely PCM or coil had that go bad also at the same time. But also changed the crank sensor and the idle air control start with the crank sensor first though cheaper than a PCM.
