I had to change my engine in my Dodge Neon 2.0 due to engine Blowing/Lockup. My engine is 2001, the one I bought is 2002. My computer is not compatable with 02 engine.I can't get Info on car that engine came out of. I picked up a Module from an 02 Neon, but I don't know whether it is the right car. Modulle Powers up everything but engine will still not try to run. New Module is not giving any fault codes. What can I do, I replaced Crank Position Sensor, Cam Shaft Sensor, because of codes from other Module and it still won't work. Is my Module Bad? What Module do I need? How Can I match it to my engine without Info on other car? Help I'm desperate. Thanks

Look at the original computer and see if there is a small removeable cover. If there is, under this cover should be an Eprom which is a removeable chip. The computers are all basically the same for the small cars. Usually the only difference is the program (Eprom) chip. If you can, swap these chips and see what happens. Also. You need to determine what you are missing, spark, fuel pressure, injector pulse or what. If you are able to swap chips, do it very carefully. One bent or damaged pin will screw it up. Hope this helps.
