1997 Dodge Intrepid Colant Leak Near Drain Plug

After draining the coolant out and replacing the thermostat, I closed the drain valve and poured coolant into the fill tank a few minutes later without starting the engine coolant began dripping from the bottom side of the radiator from what appears to be a hole in the underside of the radiator slightly to the left the drain plug. I've never had a leak before this what could this be? The picture is from me laying under the car looking up.

HI there,

he pic is a bit blurry, but I feel you may have a split in the radiator, I would get it cleaned & flow tested and pressure tested just to make sure, start here.
