1998 Dodge Intrepid Repair Question

I have a 98 intrepid it has a new thermostat and radiator but still overheats what can be causing this

It has antifreeze New radiator and thermostat I can drive down the road and it goes hot I don't know how to tell if it has a bad water pump my fans work what can this be

i would start with a leak down test to verify the head gaskets.

its done by a shop. they inject air into the clinders and watch for movement in the cooling system. it will tell whether there is any leakage of the head gaskets.

how long has it been overheating??
