the car will not start.

I the car will turn over.

There is spark to the plugs.

There is fuel to the cylinders, When I pull the plugs they are wet with fuel.

Any Idea

Pull the plugs. Which you've
Fuel soaked = electrical problem (or a leaky injector)
dry: full delivery.
