1995 Dodge Intrepid car want start or turn over

I turn the key and nothing happens the battery is charged and every thing comes on the fule pump I here and every thing that runs of the battery works what to do?

1995 Dodge Intrepid car want start or turn over: Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank over at all.

If it won't crank over-double check the battery and its connections-could be also the starter itself, starter relay, transmission range switch/neutral safety switch, and ignition switch.

Cranks but w/n start-check the fuel pressure and spark, then comeback and tell us what's missing.

It's the starter itself I hit it lightly with a hamer and it started.
