1994 Dodge Intrepid Sluggish

The fluid is good, but may need to be changed. Question is, why is it wanting to shift down and up at around 30 to 40 mph? From what I've read so far, it could be a speed sensor or the solenoid pack? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Justin

You need to get some one to hook up a scanner and get codes from trans. Not engine codes, if it was a solinoid pack you would have codes for it. Not real common on 42lLe trans. But codes will tell.
