Car have been overheating. Replaced thermostat, water pump and radiator. Car overheated again after about 2 miles while bubbling from the tank, also waterpump leaking at weep holes.
Thought the first pump was defective and replaced with a second waterpump. After a couple of miles hot light came on and temperature guage pegged, along with fluid escaping to vent. Any ideas why the car keeps overheating?

Have a compression test performed to see if there is a headgasket problem.

Also if the waterpump bolts thread into water jackets, the bolts must be coated with thread sealer to prevent leaks.
