@ 6 months ago trans would momentarily go into gear then not go. Had to wait 30-120 sec for trans to engage into gear. Would go normally for a few seconds then go out of gear again. Changed fluid w/ atf 4 and filter. Worked ok @ 6 mo. Now trans will not go into gear at all. Changed filter and oil again and prob remains. Filled unit to full mark but noticed the trans oil level is not dropping as it did before as oil is circulated thru trans. Oil level stays static. When shifting thru gears and reverse rpm is not affected as it would b when trans engages.

Sounds like something internal may have broken, or it lost a seal internally, which could explain the slow engagement previously. Unfortunatly you are looking at pulling the trans and tearing it down to see what happened. At 126 you are most likely looking at a rebuild, and be sure they replace the converter (it may be the actual problem as well). Another thing is to be sure the trans cooler is thoroughly flushed or even replaced if it wont flow properly due to debris, this will keep anything from contaminating the rebuilt trans
