1992 Dodge Daytona Repair Question

1992 Dodge Daytona 2.5L
NO heat coming out of the heat vents, just cold air. We've replaced the thermostat, water pump and coolant. We've run water through the heater core and all the lines and water runs through it. How do I know if this car has a "heater control valve" as am unable to find a tech manual on this car. If it does, where is the heater control valve??? Thanks, Joe

One of three things come to mind.
1 The temperature door cable is broke, binding, or disconnected.
2 The heater core is clogged. Ever use any type of radiator stop leak products.
3 It does have a heater control valve, it is malfunctioning or not hooked up properly. In the old days they were in the heater hose. Now I do believe they are part of the heater/AC assembly unit.
