1997 Dodge Dart Battery or starter issue

1997 Dodge Dart 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 240000 miles
I can't tell if my starter isn't kicking over or my battery is dead but my car won't turn over and my lights went from dim to nothing last night what do u think the problem is?

No crank at all/nothing/nada:
Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
