2002 Dodge Dakota how to add more horsepower

Good morning,
I am looking for some guidance here, my dakotas acceleration is horrible and when I go up hills on the highway it slows way down and doesnt seem to have the power to accelerate, so I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction on what I would need to do to add more HP, I ve been told computer chips, cold air intake, exhaust, and headers are the way to go, but I cant find them online for a 3.9L V6 dakota, help me please, websites to purchase this equipment would really help me, thanks guys
