Oil indicator arrow fluctuating between low and high pressure. Truck running rough especially between 30 - 40 mph. Almost sounds like truck is rumbling. You can feel the rumbling under your feet and through the steering column. It seems to subside when the oil pressure goes up and appears worse when the oil pressure is low. Please diagnose.

What needs to be done here is to have the oil pressure manually checked to see if it is really fluctuating or not. Or you could just replace the oil sending unit that is near the oil filter and see if that helps or not up to you. Oil sending unit costs about 35 dollars on average.
