2001 Dodge Dakota-Heater doesn't blow at defroster or floor

My heater doesn't blow air out of the floor vent or defroster vent. It only blows are out of the mid-level vent. When I turn the knob for the defroster or floor, air still comes out the middle vents.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Pull the knob off. It could be cracked where you can't see it and it's not turning the switch to the position you want it at. Let me know

I did in fact pull off the know to see if it may have been stripped, and turned it manually. Still no change.

Sorry I took so long to reply. Been having computer issues. In that case, I would look into a bad actuator. It controls the blender door. You might have more than one located on the heater box behind the dash. Hope this helps
