2000 Dodge Dakota Daytime running lights

My daytime running lights will not turn off. The key will be out, the lights off. I have even had the parking brake on. The only way to get them to turn off is to unhook the battery.

They should have a photo sensor that controls when the turn on and off. If its malfunctioning then it would keep them ON all the time. Or OFF all the time

Where would I find the Photo sensor so I could replace it if need be?
