1998 Dodge Dakota hard to start

After my trk sets for 10-12 hours, it takes 10-15 sec to fire off. I think it is fuel starvation.

When the truck is shut off the fuel system, especially higher pressure multi point injection must hold pressure or must build pressure in the few seconds between key on to start. Use a guage to test. A leak or fuel pump will cause this, usually the fuel pump and filter fixes it but sometimes one or more injectors will leak fuel causing this and soaking the plugs also so you got to check the plugs arent wet also. Ok
