1996 Dodge Dakota idle problem

Hey guys I have a slight idle problem. Starts fine and idles fine but when I goose the throttle sometimes it drops in rpm and almost stalls. Do you think I could be the idle control module I cleaned I twice in the past and is the original part. The part is located on the back of throttle body has 2 bolts to hold it in and an electrical connection. Check engine light has not come on. Thanks for your time.
