2006 Dodge Charger Problems starting the car

Electrical problem
2006 Dodge Charger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

Sometimes my Charger would give me a tough time starting, it would make a rapidly clicking sound for a few seconds before it actually starts. But it happens 1 out of 5 times...

What could be the reason?

P.S. Battery 13.4volts, alternator 14.3volts, so it's all good there...
