tough time starting, it would make a rapidly clicking sound for a few seconds?

Sometimes my Charger would give me a tough time starting, it would make a rapidly clicking sound for a few seconds before it actually starts. But it happens 1 out of 5 times... What could be the reason?P.S. Battery 13.4volts, alternator 14.3volts, so it's all good there...

Hello,
It sounds like you could have a failing starter. As it intermittently fails to engage and start the engine.
Before replacing the starter you want to make sure that all the cables secured and clear of any corrosion. Be sure to check the cables at the battery as well as at the starter. As corroded cable can also trigger intermittent starting issues.
