I have a 97 Grand Caravan with 138,000 miles. I have this problem only in winter. When I use the heater in the winter time I get alot of condensation on the inside of the windows. Defrost removes it and when I run defrost, it smells musty. I dont lose any antifreeze, there is no puddles of moisture on the floor, and I dont have a film on the inside of the interior glass. Only water on the inside of the interior glass. Where do I start? I have a suspicion that the evaporator core of the AC is dirty on the outside or the box that the evaporator core is in has the drain plugs clogged.

You're probably right about the evaporator drain being plugged. On the lower portion of the passenger side firewall you should see a short piece of hose hanging there. This should be flat at the bottom to prevent dirt from getting in. That also prevents it from getting out. Squeeze this flat portion to make it round, and nasty things should come out along with some water.
