Front brakes wear out in 1 year. Right side worn almost to metal left side still has 50%. Each pair of pads (left or right) are wearing evenly as a pair. But the right side wears much faster than the left. Replaced rotors already and callipers are not sticking. However the brake system seems to be applying more pressure to the calliper on right side than the left. We determined this by applying steady braking pressure at the pedal and then attempted to turn each wheel with a breaker bar. The right side was much harder to turn. Any suggestions?

Start by bleeding all calipers and wheel cylinders (if applicable). Re-grease your caliper bolts. Seems that you have contaminants in the line that prevents fluids from going to the left front caliper.
