2003 Dodge Caravan back wiper motor not functioning

2003 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 116000 miles

back windshied wiper motor has stopped working when It was jammed in ice; is there a fuse or resistance I should look for (I have no fuse chart or electrical diagram), or is the motor finished?

it gets its power from fuse 11 a 20 amp in the IPC the power center near the battery. The accessory relay is for the motor and front and rear washer pumps, so if they work check that fuse. If it is ok, let me know, i can tell you how to test for power at the pump. If this helps good, remember that its this website that has allowed this to happen. ok sir

Hi;
Sorry for the long delay in replying, but the fuse was checked and is OK, so the mechanic's diagnostic is the motor is burnt.
