2003 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I actually have a couple of questions, one is the tire on the back drivers side does not want to move, what can be causing this? Next, the drivers side radiator fan is making a lot of noise but not causing any running problems, is it safe to drive, and if so for how long?

Hello, as far as the wheel, I'd raise and safely support the vehicle so the tire in question is off the ground. Try to roll the tire by hand, if it won't move, I'd remove the tire and look at the brakes.

If you think the radiator fan itself is faulty, I'd just replace it. I don't know how long it might last?
