Okay - 3 different mechanics think I am crazy, - oh and my husband too.
When starting the van when the engine is cold, starts up okay - when pulling out of the driveway sometimes I can make it to the road, sometimes not - it stalls. Re-starts just fine. Then stalls again at the next 3 stops signs - when I get to an all out flat run for about 15 minutes - engine runs just fine - no more stalling. This happens 2x a day for my commute.
No codes appear for the computer diagnostic.
Recent tune up with all new wiring, cleaned injectors, battery etc done. EGR looked at - told no problem there - Last mechanic says he drove it when cold, and did not have the stalling problem - says he sprayed down the wiring with water to see if they could visually see a short/spark whatever. Could not find anything.
Could this be a fuel volume/pressure issue?
I am baffled.

I really want to tell you something. It is this. I think your crazy.
No just kidding.
I think you should have the mechanic test the fuel pressure. If the fuel filter was not replaced, do it. It may require replacement of the fuel pump. So have the fuel pressure checked while driving. There are so many miles on the engine that it is impossible to be sure until it gets worse. Good luck. 300,000 miles is very good luck.
