There are several things that might cause it. You may have to get somebody to check manufacturers codes, see if anything pops up.

There is an on/off front wiper relay in the integrated power module. The voltage to both the load and control side of the relay are hot all the time. The ground circuit for that relay goes to the ipm. There has to be a request or the circuit won't ground. The IPM--BCM--front wiper switch--wiring circuits are all involved.

There is a fuse 4, 30amp, if you pull the fuse, it should stop the wipers from coming on, until you can get it fixed.

thanks for the help with my wipers. I should have mentioned I cut the wire on the firewall that controlls the wiper return.low and varitable speed which solved the problem of the wipers coming on by themselfs but all I have is high speed and I have to time it when I turn them off. I will try your advice and replace the relay. thanks again

I'm not sure replacing the relay will help, check the relay circuits. I just wanted to add, I think the problem is on the ground side of the relay control circuit, not the relay.
