1999 Dodge Caravan serpatine belt and pulleys

I dont understand I have had this problem for 2 years my powersteering pump goes out I replaced replaced highpressure and low pressure hose replaced powersteering pulley idol adjuster pulley alternator and new pulley and my powersteering pulley broke and the pump then it aint my belt just replaced it again the belt is still getting tore up and pulley is still squaeking what do I do

Sounds like you are missing the braket that holds the pump still, it bolts to the back of the pump and the block. With out this braket, the pump will wiggle and throw the belt. Crank up van and watch the pully movement. It should remain still, no wiggle.
