My 98 caravan has 150,000 kms on it. The drive belt keeps coming off. I have had it in to the garage three times in a week. We replaced the belt tensioner and put on a new belt. The second belt was changed as the belt kept coming off. It was found that the second belt (Dayco) was about 3/4 inch longer than an a/c delco belt- so we thought that that could be the problem but it wasn't. This is a big surpentine belt - it seems to track well. But the three times it came off we were turning right - not a super hard right turn but we were turning. We live 30 miles from the garage where we had it fixed and I made it home once with the vehicle only to have the belt come off. Can you help.

Yes, The original belt was changed, and came off, suddenly. You put the wrong belt on, and changed it back to the size of the one that came off, and still it comes off, on turns only.
Or you were driving and all of a sudden, belt came off. You brought it in and now this, I guess the original one is on the highway somewhere.
3.3, 3.8, 3.0 please answer, I'll try.
If you want me to, Please clarify these things I spoke of and after I get my furnace started up(new), I'll check back. OK Is the belt why you had a mechanic look at it? Or it was ok until you changed the belt. I have trouble with my wording and the keyboard, please excuse my lack of great comm. Skills.

Check the belt Tensioner. See if it's sitting in line with the other pulleys
