Its a 3.8 liter v6.I just put a new motor in it with approx 88000 mi. And the new motor sonnds as if its miss firing. My mechani say that its the computer gone bad.

It sounds like it has a dead cylinder.I change the coil pack. Do u think the new motor is wrong for the ecu.

Do a compression test both dry and wet and comeback with the readings.
