1996 Dodge Caravan belt tensioner

I have a 96 caravan 3L. The belt squeals and I think it may be the balt tensioner. How do I replace that. The whole assy. Not just the pully. Thank you

The worst part about this is the lack of room. There is only one bolt that holds it on. If I recall correctly on the 96, your best bet is to remove the passanger side tire and access it through the inner fender. Otherwise, it is really hard to do.
