are the tires from my ford tarus interchangeable with the ones on the caravan the ones on the ford are 205 r 65 15 the ones on the caravan are 205r 75 15

The tires are interchangeable with the exception that the van tires are slightly thicker than that of the Taurus. If you were to put the Taurus' tires onto the van, your speedometer may show a slightly faster speed that what actually is. This is if you are removing the tires to install them on the rims that come with the van. If you are to just swap the tires with wheels, I am not certain about the wheels' bolt pattern being identical.
