1993 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I can't seem to get the rear windows of my van closed. I feels like I am going to break the window when I try to force them close. My car has automatic locks and windows. are the rear automatic too and where are the controls buttons? If not what can I do to get the to shut close?

I believe these rear windows open like wings at the back, right? There's a latch that's supposed to fold up when they're closed but locks into place to hold them open. They need a squirt of WD 40 now and then to keep them from getting too stiff.
